After a successful career in the television business and most recently as SVP Specials for CBS Network, I purchased a rundown property in Ojai that sparked a passion for building and interior design. This newfound passion led to the creation of Villa Nova—a thoughtfully curated home that blends artistic detail with modern luxury. The property is now available for rent both short & long term.
My family has lived in Ojai for about 35 years, and though my primary residence is in Venice, CA, I wanted to build my dream home near my family. I worked with Two Trees Architects on the design concept and hired Top Gun Builders to bring it to life. Villa Nova is a true expression of my vision— modern yet inviting, with gorgeous details like a console with striated granite lit from underneath and floor tiles embedded in white concrete. The finished product isn’t just a home; it’s an experience.
